Every great relationship starts with a hello. Before any visit, walk, or outing, we meet so I can get to know your pet. All of their quirks, their triggers, their favourite spot on the couch. The Welcome Journey is how Moon Haven begins every client relationship: with intention, care, and zero rushing. For shy or anxious pets, I offer an extended Shoreline Greeting: a gentle, therapeutic first visit designed to build trust before the real work begins. Because some souls need a little more shoreline before they're ready to swim.

The meet & greet went well but your pet isn't quite ready yet. The Shoreline Greeting is an optional add-on for pets who need a little more time before their first solo visit. Completed while you're still home, it's a calm, unhurried 30 minutes of gentle introduction. No care tasks, no pressure, just building familiarity and trust at your pet's own pace. For the truly anxious souls, this visit can make all the difference between a pet who panics and a pet who's actually ready.
