How fees and payouts work

Free to join and list. No monthly or listing fees. The default Pawprint platform fee is 10% on completed bookings. Stripe payment processing is separate; the standard US card estimate is 2.9% + $0.30. Review the booking’s fee breakdown for your actual payout.

Bringing your own clients? You get 30 days at 0% Pawprint platform fee on bookings with each eligible invited client, starting when each client accepts the invite. Afterward, the rate is 5%, or your standard rate if lower. Stripe processing still applies during and after the 0% period. Check client eligibility and invite steps.

Payouts go through Stripe Connect. For completed services, eligible funds are released after the dispute window: normally 24 hours, or 48 hours for automatic completion, measured from the later of completion and the scheduled end date. Disputes and payout holds can delay release. New connected accounts are configured for daily payouts with a seven-day delay; Stripe and your bank determine bank arrival. Check your Stripe dashboard for the expected date.
